We work with you on a brief
Zoom call, email, carrier pigeon. You tell us what you want however works best for you.
We create the concept pack
We design your concepts. All of our packages include some visual amends to make sure we get it right.
We send over your files
We create a full print and web-ready pack for you to use, and will be on-hand to support you as you grow your brand!

How long will it take to design my logo?
We aim to produce your first round of concepts in 3 working days.
Once we’ve completed any rounds of amends, we typically take a further 3 working days to produce your file pack, or 10 working days for a brand identity pack.
What do I receive once my logo is complete?
Essential Logo
Your logo pack will include:
- Web and print formats for your logo.
Brand Basics
Your brand basics document contains:
- Logo variations
- Fonts
- Colours
- Usage guidelines
- Supporting elements
- Any renders / mockups produced as part of the presentation pack
Brand Guidelines
Your brand guidelines document will be tailored to suit your specific needs, but a typical pack will include:
- Everything from the brand basics pack
- Mission statement / about page
- Creation process visuals
- Detailed supporting elements such as backers, patterns and icons
- Design templates such as business cards, emails signatures and marketing material
Can I request revisions to the logo designs?
Yes!
Each pack has a set number of rounds of visual amends for you to perfect your logo.
What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll book in a consultation to discuss what you want to achieve, what kind of style you like and what the logo will be used for.
What if I don't like any of the initial concepts?
Sometimes our concepts don’t hit the mark on the first try, which is why we include rounds of visual amends in each pack.
If after all visual amends have been used you still aren’t happy, we’ll proceed with a hourly rate of £40 + VAT to product further concepts.
Can you redesign an existing logo?
Yes!
Sometimes you already have an established brand that you want modernising / refreshing.
We can either build upon the strengths of your existing brands, or wipe the slate clean with a completely fresh start!
