Will I have full access to my website?

Payments are taken automatically via direct debit, using the platform Gocardless. You can cancel your mandate at any time.
Can you migrate my existing website to your hosting?
Yes!
We offer assistance with migrating your existing website to our hosting platform. We’ll work to make the transition as smooth and seamless as possible, minimizing downtime. Please contact us to discuss your specific migration needs.
What happens if my website goes down?
We have 24/7 tech support monitoring server related issues, with a 99.99% uptime.
If you accidentally break something while making content amends, the hosting related issues will be attended during our office-hours from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Can I get professional emails for my domain?
